1. Are these typewriters functional? Yes. Every typewriter sold at Heritage Keys Studio is fully inspected, cleaned, and calibrated by our master technicians. We ensure that the mechanical functions, such as the carriage return, bell, and keys, are working correctly before shipping.
2. Do you provide ribbons or ink with the typewriter? Each typewriter comes with a fresh, pre-installed ribbon so you can start writing the moment you take it out of the box. We also offer compatible replacement ribbons for sale on our website for future use.
3. What if my typewriter arrives with issues? We implement a rigorous, multi-stage packaging protocol to ensure our mechanical instruments are securely protected during international transit. In the unlikely event that your typewriter arrives in a condition that prevents it from functioning as described, please contact us at support@tiktokmii.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photos of the shipping container and the machine, and our technical team will prioritize a resolution to ensure you can begin creating without delay.
4. Can I use modern paper with these machines? Absolutely. Most modern paper works perfectly. However, for the best tactile experience and to protect the platen, we recommend using paper with a thickness of 80g to 100g.
5. How long will it take for my order to arrive? We process and prepare your order within 2-3 business days. Shipping typically takes 7-15 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is dispatched.
