OVERVIEW At Heritage Keys Studio, we are dedicated to providing high-quality restored vintage typewriters. Because these are precision-engineered mechanical collectibles, we handle every return with care. Please read our policy carefully to ensure a smooth experience.

RETURNS We accept returns for items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery.

Important: Before initiating a return, you must contact us at support@tiktokmii.com to receive authorization and specific return instructions.
Condition: Items must be returned in the original packaging. Any damage resulting from improper return shipping or failure to follow our guidance may affect your refund.

REFUNDS Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee applies to all returned items to cover the cost of inspection, cleaning, and technical re-calibration of the machine.
Processing: If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the transaction.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS Customized orders or items damaged due to misuse or accidental breakage by the user cannot be returned.

CANCELLATIONS If you wish to cancel an order that has already been shipped, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund, as the item is already in transit.
