ORDER PROCESSING We understand that you are eager to receive your vintage typewriter. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification as soon as your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number.
SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATES Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 7-15 business days.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING We ship internationally to most destinations. Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Heritage Keys Studio is not responsible for these charges; they are the responsibility of the customer.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us including a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.
SHIPPING & RISK OF LOSS All items purchased from Heritage Keys Studio are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not liable for shipping delays caused by customs clearance or unforeseen logistical disruptions, but we will assist you in tracking your package if needed.
SHIPPING ADDRESS Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, shipping costs are non-refundable.
