However, as these are vintage items, slight variations are part of their character. Heritage Keys Studio reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. In the event of a cancellation for an order already in transit, a 20% restocking fee applies as per our Refund Policy.

SECTION 3 - SHIPPING & DELIVERY We are not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers or customs. Once products are transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you.
